Encore

Encore is a very popular building in the North Pearl with terrific park and river views from many units. The Fields Park is literally just outside the front door, and for residents it's like their own front yard. Summers are amazing here, and dog owners love how close the park is on those cold winter nights. There are also great local spots within a few blocks like Ovation Coffee, Olive or Twist and the popular Pizzicato.

The condos at Encore are finished out with a nice modern aesthetic that still holds up well. Kitchens feature quartz counters and appliances that match the cabinets. The baths are all tile with modern recessed and drop lighting. The living areas have wood floors and concrete pillars. Most homes are one-bedroom, but there are two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den floor plans in the tower. Along the front and back of the building you'll find two-story townhomes with huge patios, and the front townhomes even connect directly to the park.

Encore is not a full-service high-rise like Vista, Cosmopolitan or Metropolitan, which helps keep the HOA dues lower than those buildings. There is a small fitness center and community room, and an on-site manager.
